This 2024, Live Nation Entertainment ecstatically presents the fourth annual edition of the live music event that took the alt-rock scene by storm! Make some room for Third Eye Blind as they embark on their exciting “Summer Gods Tour,” connecting 37 of North America’s concert hotspots in one rampaging seasonal journey. On the 20th of July, the show will set the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheatre ablaze, with special guests Yellowcard and ARIZONA in tow!
On top of this critically acclaimed roadshow, Third Eye Blind will also celebrate the 25th Anniversary of “Jumper,” their thrice Platinum song that resoundingly conquered the Top 5 of four separate Billboard charts after its release. And that’s why, for this forthcoming show, fans are anticipating an old-school-style experience that highlights some of the defining hits from the band’s iconic debut album. They have sold over 12 million records around the globe, dominating airwaves with their genre-exemplifying discography: Blue, Out of the Vein, Ursa Major, Dopamine, and more. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness the 8x California Music Award-winning group as they unleash the earthy post-grunge fusions of punk and power pop in their Billboard Music Award-winning "Semi-Charmed Life” and other chart-busting singles, such as "How's It Going to Be” and "Never Let You Go.”
Emo pop-punk band Yellowcard, best known for their 2x Platinum “Ocean Avenue” smash hit and Alternative Airplay fan-favorite “Light and Sound,” takes up the first opening spot for the “Summer Gods Tour,” kicking off each evening with their violin-swept alt-rock arrangements.
Meanwhile, electropop act ARIZONA follows up with stylishly ambient synths and rainy-day lyricism to temper the mood for our main event. Fans are expecting samples from the trio’s latest eponymous album and a crowd-pleaser with their “Oceans Away” cornerstone single.
“Third Eye Blind’s self-titled album is a masterclass in songwriting that blew all of our minds when it was released in 1997… It doesn’t feel real yet that we will be sharing the stage with one of our all time favorite bands every night this summer,” lead vocalist Ryan Key from Yellowcard said in a press release.
